說明
細胞凋亡的一個顯著特點是細胞染色體的DNA被內源核酸內切酶有規律的降解成長度約為180-200bp的整倍數的片段。本試劑盒採用TUNEL (TdT mediated dUTP Nick End Labeling)法，應用末端脫氧核糖核苷酸轉移酶(TdT)在凋亡細胞斷裂的DNA的3′-羥基(3'-OH)末端催化摻入螢光素-12-脫氧三磷酸尿苷(FITC-12-dUTP)。FITC-12-dUTP標記的DNA可以用螢光顯微鏡直接觀察或者用流式細胞儀定量。
實驗範例
圖1. 小鼠肝臟組織。組織切片經DNase I處理後TUNEL染色。
